FITNESS COORDINATOR | HEAD INSTRUCTOR
Christine Silva has worked in the fitness industry since 1987. She has held numerous positions in the field such as Instructor, Sales Director, Gym Manager, Physical Training Manager, and Group Fitness Coordinator. Christine’s focus has been teaching women-only fitness classes over the past 30 years. Her main goal has been teaching women how to exercise safely, respect their bodies, and enjoy their workouts during their fitness journey.

Lucia has been teaching group fitness classes for over 10 years. She has been certified by AFAA and in many different formats including Turbo Kick, Piyo, Zumba, Hip Hop and Strength Training among others. She also has a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. When not teaching fitness, she runs competitively, swims occasionally, and loves to keep moving! As a mother of four she knows how important it is to stay as healthy as possible.

KATIE HURLEY WALES
Katie Hurley Wales began her journey as a group fitness instructor in 2010 and has been passionate about it ever since. Whether teaching cardio, Turbo Kick, HIIT, drills, conditioning or strength training, Katie’s passion shows through the energy and intensity she brings to her classes. She strives to motivate class participants of all levels, showing them that group exercise is challenging, supportive, and - most importantly – fun!

Myleen Signorini has been in the fitness industry since 1987. She started at Women's Workout World in Norridge as a fitness instructor while working her way through school. She has worked at many clubs in the northwest suburbs as an instructor/trainer, and has also held many managerial positions. She is ACE Certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training since 1992 and 1998. Myleen believes strongly in living a healthy balanced lifestyle and helping others do the same. This includes good nutritious eating, the 5 components of physical fitness and stress relief, for a healthy spirit, mind and body. Mylene's full time job is wife and mother of two boys.
Susan Magilton found her passion for fitness practicing the Martial Art of Seido Karate. She achieved her Shodan (first degree Black Belt)
rank in 2001.
A love of group exercise remained and she continued to enthusiastically participate in Group Fitness classes for several years. After an initial instructor training at Women's Workout and Wellness in 2009, Susan began to share her love of fun and energetic movement with others by becoming a Group Exercise instructor – a goal she set for herself while expecting her second child.
Susan holds both Group Exercise and Personal Trainer Certifications from Athletics and Fitness Associates of America (AFAA) as well as specialty accreditations in Turbo Kick, WERQ Dance Fitness, Yoga and PiYo.

Katie Foley has been teaching Zumba since 2012. She has been a dancer her whole life and also a dance teacher. She was a little apprehensive to take her first Zumba class thinking it would be too "easy." Wow was she wrong! She couldn't get enough of the Latin and world rhythms. She also loved the variation in options of intensity... she was hooked! Katie has mainly stuck with teaching Zumba, since she loves it so much, but has also taught cardio hip hop, core, and butt and gut classes previously. She has taught at numerous locations throughout Chicago and suburbs and would love to share her love of dance fitness with you!
Katie is in the clinical medical field and loves putting a smile on people's faces! If she's not helping others at work, dancing, at the gym, or walking her 65 pound Pitbull mix, shes out enjoying life with her family and friends!
