Cardio Classes

  TURBO KICK:  

TURBO KICK  is a fat-blasting, ab-defining cardio workout packed with kickboxing moves, High Intensity Interval Training, and body weight exercises. All this is set to
heart pounding dance music that will have you looking forward to your next workout!

  WERQ:  

WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip-hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat. The warm up previews the dance steps in
class and the cool down combines yoga-inspired static stretching and balance poses.

  ZUMBA:  

ZUMBA is a fitness based dance class that uses a mixture of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style workout. Movements are inspired by various styles of Latin American dance. This calorie burning dance party is the perfect combination of fun and fitness that will make you sweat and want to come back for more!

  CARDIO CORE BALL:  

CARDIO CORE BALL alternates segments of cardio and core conditioning while using a variety of sizes of stability balls to enhance the workout.  This unique class format will challenge even the most experienced exercise enthusiast!

BODY BLAST

BODY BLAST combines step choreography, cardio drills and multi joint strength exercises for a total body workout.  This class is sure to help you improve your overall fitness through fun and energetic movements.

  T-45 

TABATA-45 is a cardio workout that is sure to challenge the seasoned yet can be modified for the novice. The class uses the Tabata format: 20 seconds of intense cardio exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest...repeating this 8 times total per round.  You'll be sure to leave feeling energized and empowered!

 AERO-STEP 

AERO-STEP is packed with old school moves, this class is definitely a blast from the past! The first half of class incorporates 80's/90's style aerobics while the second half is pure step.The combinations in each segment will get your mind thinking and your body moving!

  STEP:  

STEP otherwise known as step aerobics is a high-intensity, low-impact workout. Participants use a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. Choreography allows class goers to build patterns, combinations, and routines in order to boost their heart rate while simultaneously strengthening muscles. This class will not only improve coordination but will give you the calorie burning results you have been looking for!

  CARDIO CRAZE:  

CARDIO CRAZE is designed for the member who loves pure cardio. This “instructor’s choice” cardio class will
not only challenge your aerobic threshold but will

HIIT/HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING

HIIT is designed for all fitness levels. Participants are led through alternating segments of explosive anaerobic with less demanding active recovery periods.  HIT will help increase power and endurance.  If you're looking to elevate your physical performance, this is the class for you!

 BOX IT UP 

BOX IT UP is a high energy workout that combines the traditional training moves used by boxers with cardio add-on sequences and core work.  While this class focuses on the upper body and mid section, participants will experience a total body workout the helps to improve endurance and coordination.

Strength Training Classes

  CORE:  

CORE class is designed to strengthen back muscles, abdominals, and obliques. A variety of equipment is used
to give you the mid section workout you have
been searching for to get rid of your love handles,
muffin tops, and backside bra bulge.

  PURE STRENGTH:  

PURE STRENGTH is a class in which participants use free weights to help build strength, add definition, increase bone density, and decrease body fat by increasing lean muscle. No muscle group is neglected. Leave feeling stronger, healthier, and happier!

 PUMP UP 

PUMP UP is a strength training class designed for members who are serious about toning and defining their muscles.  Pyramid training involves a collection of sets of the same exercise.  Each section starts with a higher number of reps using a lighter weight and building up to using a heavier weight for fewer reps.  After reaching peak weight, reps are once again increased while the weight is decreased.  After completing this class you'll feel stronger and empowered!

BARRE blends the latest exercise science with traditional ballet bars resulting in a class that is a fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training.

BUTT & GUT is a class specifically designed to work those “problem areas.” Tightening your tummy and firming your fanny may be exactly the line up you are looking for

BODY FIT is a unique class in which participants work on improving their strength and balance while defining those "hard to tackle" areas. Instructors incorporate balls, bands, gliders,  and free weights to help you tone and tighten the entire body. Members are sure to leave feeling empowered!

Combo Classes (cardio & strength)

  STEP & FLEX:  

STEP & FLEX is an interval class that alternates segments of step aerobics and strength training in a 5 minute to 3 minute ratio to give you one incredible workout. This is the perfect class to take when you only have an hour at the gym!

STRONG by Zumba is a High Intensity Interval Training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout. 20/20/20 - 20 minutes each of cardio, strength training, and abs. This class offers today’s busy woman the perfect balance of exercises in her workout. Each instructor will bring her own cardio, body sculpting, and ab-defining exercises to the class to make this hour of fitness fly by!

BOOT CAMP is a military inspired circuit workout that will push you to your limits.  As you maneuver your way through each workout station, you will work on improving your strength and agility while receiving a full body workout.  You will get a mixture of training that is certain to blast the calories and provide noticeable results.

  STRETCH:  

STRETCHS is a 30 minute class designed to help you
extend your range of motion, reduce muscle tension and accelerate blood circulation. Stretching will relax the mind and body, help mental focus and increase body awareness.

the perfect ending after a hard workout.
